Our aim at Rosy's is, to serve as much as possible organic food. Our sources are local products, from Agistri, Aegina, and the Peleponnese.

Below a selection of our dishes, some of them you will only find at Rosy's Little Village Petit Restaurant:

  • Greek takos, dry bread with spices, fresh tomatoes and
    Feta cheese.
  • Brouschetta: toasted bread with aubergine nut paste.
  • Pasta with fresh tomato sauce, feta cheese and parsley.
  • Marinated small fishes.
  • Tzatziki: yoghurt with cucumber and garlic.
  • Greek salad with caperleaves.
  • Mixed salad with vegies, fruit, and vinegrette.
  • Fishroe salad with anis seed.
  • Zucchini pie with mintleaves.
  • Chickenburgers with dill.

    And of course local wine from Limenaria village.
