Our
aim at Rosy's is, to serve as much as possible organic
food.
Our sources are local products, from Agistri, Aegina, and the Peleponnese.
Below a selection of our dishes, some of them you will
only find at Rosy's Little Village Petit Restaurant:
- Greek takos,
dry bread with spices, fresh tomatoes and
Feta cheese.
- Brouschetta: toasted bread with aubergine nut paste.
- Pasta with fresh tomato sauce, feta cheese and parsley.
- Marinated small fishes.
- Tzatziki: yoghurt with cucumber and garlic.
- Greek salad with caperleaves.
- Mixed salad with vegies, fruit, and vinegrette.
- Fishroe salad with anis seed.
- Zucchini pie with mintleaves.
- Chickenburgers with dill.
And of course local wine from Limenaria village.
