Crystal Clear Energy is a programme designed to integrate the elements necessary for
the achievement
of physical, emotional and spiritual health. Correct energy flow,
balanced nutrition, physical and emotional awareness,
movement and relaxation ~
allow a reconnection to our full energetic potential, thus healing on all levels is realised.

The idea of offering to share this possibility whilst enjoying the beauty and serenity
of
an enchanting Greek island was born in 2008. Having participated in a Nia workshop
(www.globalnia.net www.naturenia.com ) on the island of Agistri I found after 30 years of
living in Greece,
that I had fallen in love again with this land. I was so inspired by the
people I met there, the magic of this place,
the beauty of the surroundings, the fresh breezes
wafting in from the bay, the scent of fresh herbs and trees ~
all woven into a tapestry which
inspires us to remember our oneness with nature and all that there is.
A reconnection to our true essence and bliss ~ irresistible!
The Crystal Clear Energy Balancing Therapy Workshop consists of :~
* Two 1 hour classes daily morning & evening
in which we learn how to connect to our full potential.
By putting together the components
needed to do so,
we create an energy field which brings us better
health and emotional stability ~
therefore creating more joy in our lives.
- Understand the way energy flows
- How the food we eat gives us good energy or depletes it
- How emotional states affect our body
- How movement of the body and expert counseling assists us in balancing our physical and emotional health
- Learn a simple daily energy exercise routine to realign your energy field and create harmony and balance
* A full energy reading , personal diagnosis & energy balancing session for each participant
Between classes and sessions we can enjoy the beautiful natural environment, swimming,
sailing, nature walks,
serene reflection or enjoying the local cafes and Greek music.
Wonderful fresh organic food is prepared daily in Rosy’s kitchen ~
an added delight for the senses!
Excursions to the near by islands of Aegina and Poros
for sightseeing and shopping can be arranged by Rosy’s team.
A meeting in the afternoon of the 18th October at 18.30 will take place to welcome all participants,
discuss the workshop schedule and arrange appointment times for the private session of each person.
Also a delicious evening meal will be available at Rosy’s for those who wish to dine.
Course fees per person

This is all inclusive of workshop fees, single room accommodation with breakfast and light lunch.
Excursions and evening meals are billed separately. Downpayment of 50% non refundable.
