Allthough
the events in Athens are making
the Headlines of all
Newspapers and have left
a frozen Shadow on the days before Christmas, the
island of Agistri lies in deep winterbeauty sleep. Everything
on the island goes in slow motion, only the whistling of
arriving and departing boats from Piraeus and Aegina brings
some action, afterwards Silence again.
Even the Weather until
now has been mild and warm except a few Rainsqualls that
brought out our precious Mushrooms and some greenery which
we use for salads.
week before christmas, and the little
AGISTRI EXPRESS is packed with locals going over to aegina
for their shopping.
